FINANCIAL SERVICES
Guardian Association Management’s full service program includes comprehensive financial and property management services. Guardian’s financial and property management departments feature a bookkeeping system specifically designed for HOAs that includes CC&R violation management, legal process tracking, maintenance histories and so much more! The services offered by Guardian’s financial department are as follows:
Accounts Payable
•Set up of new files for each fiscal year
•Process and code vendor invoices
•Write vendor checks
•Answer vendor inquiries
Accounts Receivable
•Generate and post monthly homeowner dues and other Association
income items
•Post cash receipts for dues payments paid including generation of late
statements
•Answer homeowner inquiries regarding dues and receivables
•Track homeowner delinquencies and follow through with the
appropriate action for collections and lien foreclosures
General Ledger
•Produce Financial Statements, Balance Sheets, and Profit & Loss
Statements
•Reconcile bank balance, sort and file canceled checks, maintain record
of deposits and checks
•Annually work with and provide information for the CPAs on tax
preparation
•Follow up on Franchise Tax Board issues
•Prepare first draft of Budget
